Canceling or rescheduling an appointment

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To make this as smooth as possible for both parties, we apply the following conditions:

• Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance
• For cancellations within 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply
• In case of no-show (not appearing without notice), full costs will be charged
• In case of illness or force majeure, we will look for an appropriate solution in consultation
