Ana Kruis-Leal, therapist at Las Rosas Life Style Care

My name is Ana Kruis-Leal. I am 54 years old and I was born in Venezuela. About 25 years ago, I moved to the Netherlands to build a life here with my family. My husband often travelled abroad for work, which meant I regularly cared for our two sons and our daughter on my own. Taking good care of my family and the people around me has always been very important to me.

The challenges faced by our youngest son gave me an extra reason to start my own practice in Spijkenisse in 2002. There, I began working as a nail stylist under the name Nagelstudio Las Rosas. From this foundation, Las Rosas Life Style Care was born, and I have since gained more than 10 years of experience with gel nails and complementary treatments.

I have always been fascinated by how the human body works. To better support my family and my clients, I continuously looked for natural ways to stimulate and support the body. In 2010, I discovered an institute offering courses in Reflexology (with Gemstones & Chakras) and Multi-Dimensional Kinesiology, where I obtained several certificates.

In 2013, I completed the Medical Basics programme at the Energie School in Den Bosch and obtained two diplomas. Based on this knowledge and experience, I developed Intención Terapia: my own reflexology treatment that combines Multi-Dimensional Kinesiology with Reflexology (with Gemstones & Chakras).

Intención Terapia is a treatment I developed within my practice Las Rosas Life Style Care. In this treatment, I use various techniques and tools such as Multi-Dimensional Kinesiology and Touch for Health.
